To the third loaf I've added a handful of raisins and it was not proofed in water - this to see what would change. I didn't see or feel any differences in taste or texture, but it took longer than 35 minutes for it to proof in a container.
So, now it's your turn! I promise, you won't be deceived,.... and the cleaning of the towel has been quite easy: scrape off the leftover and rinse... Happy Baking, everybody!!
